Dr. Pearlstein is a Geriatric Specialist who has practiced in Norristown since 1993 after  completing a geriatric fellowship at the Philadelphia Geriatric Center. He enjoys participating in all aspects of geriatric care, including home-care, hospice, teaching and research. Additionally, Dr. Pearlstein is an active board member with the Alzheimer’s Association and works closely with other senior community organizations.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Dr. Graf attended Albright College where he did his undergraduate training. He then went on to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-Bradenton. Afterwards, Dr. Graf completed his Residency at Suburban Community Hospital. He participates in all aspects of geriatrics and internal medicine including hospital rounds, office hours, nursing home care and home visits. Dr. Graf is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and his clinical interests are dementia care and short term rehab.

Dr. Kiotis grew up in the tri-state area and attended Villanova University. After graduating in 1978 he completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1982. He completed his internship at PCOM as well. Dr. Kiotis entered practice in Delaware County affiliated with Delaware County Memorial Hospital where he served as Director of Geriatrics in the Department of Family Practice for 22 years. After transitioning this practice to Riddle Hospital Main Line Health, he soon joined Suburban Geriatrics. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and has concentrated his work in geriatrics for over 25 years.

Dr. Williams is board certified in Internal Medicine. He is originally from southern California, he grew up in the city of Temecula. He completed his undergraduate studies at Xavier University of New Orleans where he majored in Biology. After leaving New Orleans he began his medical training in Philadelphia, first completing a Masters of Biomedical Sciences and then his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Suburban Community Hospital. He is passionate about working with the geriatric population. He lives with his wife in Philadelphia and in his spare time he is a ceramic artist and painter who also enjoys cooking and watching movies.

Dr. Shrikanthan is originally from Brooklyn. She moved to Pennsylvania and attended The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. From there, she trained in Internal Medicine in Pittsburgh, as well as in Geriatrics at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. After her training she worked at Coatesville VA Medical Center serving a geriatrics population for 9 years in the private sector. She started with Suburban Geriatrics in 2020 primarily serving Veterans at The Southeast Veterans Center in Spring City. Dr. Shrikanthan enjoys working closely with patients and their families to meet their goals for their health while maintaining their wellbeing. She looks forward to serving the community.

Kelly Cavalli, D.O., is a board-certified internal medicine physician who specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of adults. Dr. Cavalli earned her degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. She completed her residency and internship at Suburban Community Hospital. Dr. Cavalli is a compassionate physician whose interests range from preventative medicine to treating complex cases.  She has been with the Suburban Geriatrics team since 2019. Outside of work, Dr. Cavalli enjoys running and spending time with family.

Dr. Julia was raised in the Lehigh Valley. He graduated from Drexel University College of Medicine with a Masters in Medical Science. After, Dr. Julia attended St. George’s University in Grenada, receiving his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Lehigh Valley Hospital, then served as a hospitalist for several years afterwords. He is now looking forward to helping the geriatric population with their transitions of care and beyond.

Dr. Sabadish graduated from Hahnemann University Medical School in Philadelphia where she also completed her Internal Medicine internship, residency, and served as chief resident. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and enjoys working with the geriatric population in a variety of different settings. Dr. Sabadish’s favorite things to do when she’s not working is spending time with her family, including her dogs while exploring her new home town at the Delaware Beach.

Dr. Jason Goldberg attended Penn State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He then continued his education at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-Bradenton and completed his residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA.  Dr. Goldberg has experience with all aspects of internal medicine including, outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and wound care.

Areas of interest: Inpatient and ICU geriatric management, teaching. Particularly interested in Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, CHF, CKD, CVA and CKD. Extensive academic and research experience in Chronic Pulmonary diseases such as COPD, pulmonary hypertension, sarcoidosis, and interstitial . Extensive research and publications in pulmonary diseases.

I am a board-certified internist, with an experience in healthcare systems spanning across continents. Graduating from Kufa University College of Medicine in Iraq, I completed my Internal Medicine Residency at Jefferson-Einstein Montgomery Hospital. I am dedicated to patient care that extends beyond clinical practice; I have volunteered with organizations like UNICEF and provided medical care to displaced populations in Iraq. In addition, I am dedicated to advancing medical knowledge which is evident in my extensive research and publication with topics in cardiology, oncology, obesity, and metabolic disorders. My Clinical interests are in Obesity and Metabolic disorders.
