Eucabeth is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She joined Suburban Geriatrics in 2012. She is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a BSN and York College of Pennsylvania with her Masters Degree. Eucabeth enjoys caring for the geriatric population and happy to be a part of Suburban Geriatrics.
Lisa is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.She graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelors in Nursing and received her Masters at Chamberlain University. Lisa comes to us working from the acute rehabilitation field and enjoys working with the geriatric population. She is a lifetime resident of the greater Philadelphia area and resides here with her family.
Shannon is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Widener University with a Bachelors in Nursing and received her Masters at Thomas Jefferson University. Shannon has worked as a registered nurse on a Heart Failure/Cardiac Critical Care Unit. She is passionate about advocating for her patients and is happy to be a part of Suburban Geriatrics.
Anastasia Lee is an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has had the opportunity to see life through many different lenses and due to this, has grown tremendously through the years. One factor has remained constant through her experiences, her dedication to care for others. Her journey first began in 1999 at Montgomery Community College where she earned her Associates in Nursing Science. Following this, she was employed for 17-years at Albert Einstein Medical Center. In 2012, she advanced her Associate’s by earning her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and in August 2018 she polished it up by earning a Master of Science in Nursing. She now is grateful to hold the position of a primary caregiver within the Sunrise community.
Beth is an experienced Adult-Geriatric Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about caring for the geriatric population. Beth received her Masters Degree at Gwynedd Mercy University. She was formerly a certified oncology nurse (OCN), and has been a resident of Berks County, PA for the last thirty years.
Christene is a board certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in nursing from the Univ. of Pennsylvania and Bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University. In 2017, she completed her graduate studies and started working at Greater Philadelphia Health Action as a nurse practitioner. During this time she also worked at Montgomery County Emergency Services serving clients experiencing mental crises. Christene has experience teaching gerontology and Medi-Surg courses to nursing students at Univ. of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, Lancaster PA.
Holly graduated with her nursing degree from West Chester University and got her Masters in nursing from Neumann University. She has worked in a hospital setting as well as oncology and home care experience. Holly was born, raised, and resides now in Chester County with her two cats. Holly is thrilled for opportunity to care for the geriatric population.
Kyle is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner which he received from DeSales University. Kyle has two Bachelors from West Chester University in Exercise Science as well as Nursing. His primary experience is in home care, cardiology and inpatient care. Kyle enjoys spending time with his friends, family, playing sports, attempting golf, and anything outdoors. He is excited to be with Suburban Geriatrics and provide direct patient centered care.
Lisa graduated from Gwynedd Mercy College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993. She worked at Montgomery Hospital on Medical surgery/ortho floor for 8 years as she pursued her Masters in Science Nursing from University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Lisa worked in Urology for 20 years, then made the change to long term care. She is board certified in gerontology and women’s health. Lisa is excited to provide care to the geriatric population.
Corinne is Adult- Gerontology Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Villanova University with her Master’s in Nursing. Her prior experience is in outpatient Gastroenterology, critical care, and undergraduate BSN clinical instructor. She joined the SG team in 2021. When she is not working, she spends her time with her husband and son.
Eimy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, moving to Pennsylvania in 2010. She earned her Bachelors in Nursing Science at Molloy college in 2009 and then earned a Masters degree as Family Nurse Practitioner from Millersville University in 2020. Eimy trained at Lebanon Veterans Hospital Endocrinology Department, UPMC hospital of Harrisburg observation unit, and Family medicine at the Lancaster Health Center. After graduating as an FNP, she worked as a telehealth Nurse Practitioner with older adults. She has many years of experience working as a nurse and has a true passion for providing quality care with vulnerable aging populations.
Lauren is a board-certified Adult -Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her degree from Gwynedd Mercy University. Her primary experience is in cardiology and home care. She is a Philadelphia native who now resides in Montgomery County with her husband and 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. Lauren is excited to be a part of the Suburban Geriatrics team and provide care to the geriatric population.
Frances Israel is a certified nurse practitioner and earned her degree in MSN with a specialty in family practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2020. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked as a registered nurse in the ER for almost 10 years. She is excited to bring her ER experience to the geriatric setting. When not working, she enjoys spending time with my husband and two children.
Sarah Allen graduated from Widener University as a Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2022 with a Masters degree in Nursing. Prior to that, she graduated from LaSalle University with her undergrad in nursing and worked as a bedside nurse and emergency nurse for 16 years. Sarah is happy to be a part of Suburban Geriatrics working with patients in their own home. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and six children.
Lauren LaPenta is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Penn State with a bachelors degree in nursing and received her masters at Thomas Jefferson University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lauren worked as a registered nurse at Abington Jefferson Health for several years. She is a dedicated to advocate for her patients and continues to develop long lasting relationships with both them and their families. Lauren resides in Montgomery county where she lives with her husband, two beautiful children and one sassy cat.
Miranda is a board certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and received her masters degree from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2022. She has worked as a registered nurse in the skilled nursing/long term care setting for 11 years and looks forward to working with Suburban Geriatrics in her new role as a Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys several hobbies including board gaming, miniature panting, running, cycling, and weightlifting. She is a dedicated wife and loving mother of 2 amazing children.
Leah is a certified nurse practitioner and earned her MSN degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has been specializing in the field of Geriatrics since 2012. She has experience seeing patients in the outpatient setting, long term care setting, as well visiting patients in the home. Leah has been very involved in community outreach, visiting patients in adult day centers, community centers, and serving Holocaust Survivors in their homes. While not fluent, she has been advancing in her Russian language skills to better serve her many Russian-speaking patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids.
Fermida is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She provides comprehensive and patient-centered care to individuals across the adult lifespan. With a strong background in nursing and specialized training in geriatric care, she is committed to promoting health, and well-being for her patients. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Gwynedd Mercy University, where she developed a solid foundation in nursing theory and practice. Following her passion for geriatric care, she pursued advanced education and received a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Adult Gerontology from Gwynedd Mercy University. This educational journey equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique healthcare needs of older adults. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach with her husband and loves playtime with her 2 cats (CeCi & LuLu Belle).
Bethany Adam is a certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Nursing degree from Bloomsburg University, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Community Health and Nursing from East Stroudsburg University. With 17 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in skilled/long term care settings, Bethany has honed her skills in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to the elderly population. She is a wife and mother who finds joy in spending quality time with her family. Bethany is excited to join Suburban Geriatrics and enthusiastic about positively impacting her patients’ lives.
Erin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University in May 2023. She worked as a registered nurse for 11 years on cardiac and pulmonary units at Pottstown and Bryn Mawr hospital. She was born and raised in Montogomery County but moved to Berks County 6 years ago. She is excited to be a part of the Suburban Geriatric family. Erin is devoted to providing compassionate and focused care to the geriatric population. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her two busy boys.
Julie is an Adult Gerontology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Alvernia University with her Bachelor’s degree and Penn State with her Master’s Degree. Her nursing career started in the neuroscience intensive care unit at Hershey Medical Center. She is excited to help the geriatric community with the Suburban Geriatrics team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 3 cats and beagle puppy.
Whitney is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her certification from American Nurses Credentialing Center. Whitney has nearly a decade of healthcare experience specializing in acute and long-term care including management, clinical nursing instructor, medical-surgical and critical care nursing. She attended Delaware County Community College, where she obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing, Wilmington University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Maryville University for her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She has been recognized throughout her career as the medical professional that strives to put her patients’ needs first and provide holistic care. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and family.
Suma is a certified registered nurse practitioner . She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Temple University and obtained her MSN in Adult Gerontology at Thomas Jefferson university . Suma has worked in both the hospital and long-term care facilities as a Nurse for several years and is excited to start her career as a provider for the elderly population. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children.
Alexis is a certified nurse practitioner who graduated from Millersville University. She was born and raised in the greater Pittsburgh region but has called central PA home for 7 years. She obtained her bachelors in nursing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and began her nursing career at Hershey Medical Center where she specialized in the surgical trauma ICU population. She is passionate about providing holistic care to her patients with Suburban Geriatrics. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her fiancé and their dog Zeke.
Stephanie is a certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who graduated in January 2024 from Purdue University Global with a Master of Science in Nursing. She has over 20 years of nursing experience in acute care and hospice and loves working with the geriatric population. Stephanie resides in Berks County with her husband, 2 daughters, and 4 dogs. She volunteers and fosters for a local dog rescue and likes to read in her free time.
I am Vincent Grove and I recently completed my Masters of Nursing at Millersville University in PA. I found my passion for health care and helping people shortly after high school. In my career I have worked in Cardiology, Trauma Intensive Care Units and Long Term Care facilities. My wife an I have 3 amazing kids and an Australian Shephard. I love to mow my lawn and do all things revolving landscape and lawns. Lastly I enjoy playing golf with friends and getting the occasional birdie.
